Services
We provide a variety of luxury drone show services, including but not limited to aerial performances for events such as corporate events, weddings, festivals, and more.
Our services are intended for professional and commercial use only. You may not use our services for personal or non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Payment
Our fees for services are outlined on our website and in our client agreements. Payment for services must be made in advance of the event date.
ll of our services must be paid for in advance. You will be invoiced for the cost of the services, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and cancel the scheduled event.
Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” and we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes to these terms of service indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a refund based on the following schedule:
- If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled event, we will issue a 80% refund.
- If the cancellation is made 15-30 days before the scheduled event, we will issue a 50% refund.
- If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the scheduled event, no refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to cancel a scheduled event at any time if we determine that the weather conditions or other factors make it unsafe to proceed with the event. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the events another day.
